Pengaruh Inisiatif Rantai Pasok Berkelanjutan dan Logistik Terbalik Terhadap Kineja Keberlanjutan : Peran Moderasi Kapabilitas Pembelajaran Organisasi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan integrasi rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan dengan manajemen rantai pasokan hijau sebagai variabel intervening. Integrasi rantai pasokan dipandang sebagai kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengoordinasikan aliran informasi, material, dan hubungan dengan pemasok serta pelanggan, sementara manajemen rantai pasokan hijau menekankan penerapan praktik ramah lingkungan dalam proses operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap responden yang terlibat dalam aktivitas rantai pasokan perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan integrasi rantai pasokan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen rantai pasokan hijau. Selanjutnya, manajemen rantai pasokan hijau terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan. Temuan ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa manajemen rantai pasokan hijau berperan sebagai mekanisme penting dalam memperkuat pengaruh integrasi rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bahwa perusahaan perlu memperkuat integrasi dengan mitra rantai pasok dan menerapkan praktik rantai pasokan hijau secara konsisten guna mencapai kinerja keberlanjutan yang optimal.
