Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan kajian mengenai Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor healthcare. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan bibliometrik melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish dalam mengumpulkan data serta VOSviewer versi 1.6.20 untuk analisis visualisasi. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan menggunakan kerangka PRISMA sehingga diperoleh 13 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dari total awal 300 artikel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penelitian didominasi oleh keterkaitan antara ESG, kinerja keuangan, serta nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel utama yang menjadi pusat perhatian dalam literatur. Visualisasi jaringan mengindikasikan adanya tiga klaster utama yang mencerminkan hubungan antara pengungkapan keberlanjutan, kinerja perusahaan, serta nilai perusahaan. Visualisasi overlay menunjukkan adanya pergeseran penelitian dari tahap konseptual menuju pengujian empiris, sedangkan visualisasi density menegaskan bahwa ESG dan nilai perusahaan merupakan topik yang paling sering dikaji. Namun, kajian pada sektor healthcare masih terbatas sehingga belum menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ESG berperan penting dalam meningkatkan nilai bisnis serta membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan, khususnya dalam konteks sektor healthcare.
