Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis Keterikatan Pegawai pada Pegawai yang Bekerja di Pemerintahan

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan literatur, faktor-faktor anteseden, serta dampak keterikatan pegawai pada pegawai yang bekerja di instansi pemerintahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan mengadopsi protokol PRISMA melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Scopus dalam rentang waktu 2016–2025. Pencarian awal menghasilkan 198 dokumen, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan bidang subjek, jenis dokumen, bahasa, akses terbuka, dan relevansi topik hingga diperoleh 10 artikel yang dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literatur mengenai keterikatan pegawai di sektor pemerintahan masih relatif terbatas, tetapi menunjukkan perhatian yang meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Faktor-faktor anteseden yang paling menonjol meliputi kepemimpinan dan hubungan dengan atasan, praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia, pelatihan dan pengembangan, kompensasi dan penghargaan, dukungan organisasi, pemberdayaan pegawai, motivasi pelayanan publik, serta keadilan penilaian kinerja. Selain itu, keterikatan pegawai berdampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, kualitas layanan publik, perilaku kerja inovatif, dan hasil kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keterikatan pegawai merupakan konstruk strategis dalam penguatan manajemen sumber daya manusia sektor publik.
