Pengaruh Gender Gap dan Work-life balance terhadap Kelangsungan Karier Perempuan di Kalangan Gig Workers pada Sektor Bisnis Digital

Abstract
Perkembangan gig economy di sektor bisnis digital telah menciptakan peluang kerja yang lebih fleksibel bagi perempuan. Namun, perempuan gig workers masih menghadapi tantangan berupa ketimpangan gender (gender gap) dan kesulitan menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi (work-life balance) yang berpotensi memengaruhi keberlanjutan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gender gap dan work-life balance terhadap career continuity pada perempuan gig workers di sektor bisnis digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 110 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gender gap tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap career continuity, sedangkan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,209 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 20,9% variasi career continuity, sedangkan 79,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance merupakan faktor yang lebih menentukan keberlanjutan karier perempuan dibandingkan persepsi terhadap ketimpangan gender serta menjadi aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan karier perempuan di sektor bisnis digital.
