Pengaruh Safety Leadership Terhadap Safety Performance Karyawan Melalui Safety Training (Study Karyawan Pada Bagian Produksi PT. Mega Eva Indah Pandaan)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh safety leadership terhadap safety performance dan peran safety training sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan bagian produksi PT Mega Eva Indah Pandaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi PT Mega Eva Indah Pandaan yang berjumlah 200 orang. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan melalui evaluasi outer model yang meliputi convergent validity, discriminant validity, dan reliabilitas. Evaluasi inner model dilakukan dengan melihat nilai path coefficient, R-Square, dan F-Square. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan path coefficients. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa safety leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap safety training, safety training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap safety performance, safety leadership juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap safety performance. Safety training dapat memediasi pengaruh safety leadership terhadap safety performance. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi manajemen PT Mega Eva Indah Pandaan dalam meningkatkan penerapan safety performance karyawan
