Pengaruh Budaya Companionate Love terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Work Engagement pada Perusahaan Multi Entitas (Bidang Logistik dan Transportasi)

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukug pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, terutama pada perusahaan dengan aktivitas usaha dan karakteristik pekerjaan yang beragam. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung secara emosional dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendorong keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaan dan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya companionate love terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement pada perusahaan multi entitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya companionate love berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan kinerja karyawan. Work engagement juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta terbukti memediasi pengaruh budaya companionate love terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang mencerminkan kepedulian, empati, kasih sayang, dan kehangatan dapat mendukung keterikatan dan kinerja karyawan.
