Pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Knowledge terhadap Continuance Intention to Use QRIS pada Generasi Milenial di DKI Jakarta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan knowledge terhadap continuance intention to use QRIS pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 145 responden generasi milenial kelahiran 1981–1996 yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan pernah menggunakan QRIS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention to use dengan nilai path coefficient 0,435, t-statistics 8,184, dan p-value 0,000. Perceived ease of use juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan path coefficient 0,459, t-statistics 9,722, dan p-value 0,000. Selanjutnya, knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan path coefficient 0,474, t-statistics 9,607, dan p-value 0,000. Nilai R² sebesar 0,596 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 59,6% variasi continuance intention to use QRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang berkaitan dengan keberlanjutan penggunaan QRIS pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta.
