Pengaruh Sustainability Strategy terhadap Green Behavior Mahasiswa dengan Sustainability Awareness sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan struktural antara Strategi Berkelanjutan, Kesadaran Berkelanjutan, dan Perilaku Hijau di kalangan mahasiswa, serta untuk menguji peran mediasi Kesadaran Berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan Pandangan Berbasis Sumber Daya Alam (NRBV) dan Teori Pemahaman Makna, penelitian kuantitatif eksploratif ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari responden mahasiswa menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposif dan dianalisis melalui Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Evaluasi model pengukuran mengkonfirmasi bahwa semua indikator dan variabel memenuhi persyaratan validitas konvergen, validitas diskriminan, dan reliabilitas tinggi. Penilaian model struktural mengungkapkan bahwa Strategi Berkelanjutan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesadaran Berkelanjutan dan Perilaku Hijau. Kesadaran Berkelanjutan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Hijau. Pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung mengkonfirmasi bahwa Kesadaran Berkelanjutan memainkan peran signifikan sebagai mediator parsial dalam menjembatani dampak Strategi Berkelanjutan terhadap Perilaku Hijau. Temuan ini menekankan bahwa efektivitas strategi keberlanjutan institusional dalam mendorong tindakan pro-lingkungan yang nyata sangat bergantung pada keberhasilan penanaman kesadaran ekologis individu sebagai mekanisme penghubung. Implikasi praktis menyoroti perlunya lembaga pendidikan tinggi untuk mengintegrasikan kebijakan formal dengan pendidikan partisipatif untuk membangun budaya kampus hijau yang berkelanjutan.
